What you will do
楽天モバイル直営店における、楽天経済圏全体の総合窓口ポジション。 携帯販売のみでなく、楽天市場・楽天カード・楽天トラベル等の各サービスを まとめて提案できる点が最大の特徴。 【主な業務】 ・新規契約／機種変更の受付・提案 ・楽天各種サービスの提案販売 ・問い合わせ対応／在庫管理／事務 ・KPI管理／集客イベント企画 【応募要件】 ・年齢不問 ・高卒以上 ・社会人経験1年以上（アルバイト・派遣可） ・販売／営業経験は不問 ・外国籍可（永住者・定住者・日本人の配偶者等・永住者の配偶者等など、就労制限のない在留資格をお持ちの方） ・接客・契約内容のご説明を行うため、日本語N2相当以上 ・全国各地で勤務可能なこと 【歓迎要件】 ・店長・マネジメント経験（業界不問） 【待遇】 ・賞与年2回（6月／12月・成果連動）、昇給年2回（1月／7月） ・インセンティブ、通勤交通費、残業代は別途支給 ・インセンティブ例：店舗目標100%達成 20,000円／人、個人目標100%達成 10,000円、 目標超過分 新規3,000円／件・MNP6,000円／件、継続インセンティブ 1,000円／SIM×回線数×継続年数（最大5年） 【研修】座学5日間の導入研修＋OJT3週間以上＋フォローアップ研修 【キャリアパス】R CREW → 店長 → RSV → マネージャー → 本部社員 ※業務遂行にあたって配慮が必要な事項がある場合は、選考時にご相談ください。
